Ashley is the founder, president, and CEO of Little Explorers, STEM Enrichment Learning Program, with responsibilities for all aspects of the company's strategy, leadership, governance, and financial performance. Ashley has over 10 years of experience in early childhood education, non-profit leadership, and 5 years of government contracting. 

Supporting local youth organizations, maintaining state licensing, enhancing extended learning and summer learning for the needs of youth in nutrition, health, and well-being, families and community partnerships, students with disabilities, and high quality standards.

Ashley is a proud member of the Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Brookhaven Chamber of Commerce and looks forward to achieving her Masters degree in Teacher Education at Kennesaw State University.
